another picture of a female southern hawker (aeshna cyanea) i took yesterday..
it was on the floor where i found it, but it was alive - don't know what was wrong with it, i sat it on some reed

I can't stand bugs if they're near me, but they're awesome to take pictures of ^^ nice job getting such a close shot

yea usually i think the same way, but dragonflies are different! especially the smaller ones: they even sit on my hand, and you don't feel it.. they also make no noise - unlike mosquitos or big bugs and stuff.

and they are quite beautiful, colorful beings :nod:
